Hello! I'm KCH and I play Avatar Number Wan. He's a total hobo and a hippie but not above stealing food from people he thinks can afford it/are food hoarders. Dirty, dirty hoarders.

I've been having a blast in the TDM and I look forward to playing with everyone I haven't hit up there already!

Wan is the first Avatar, the guy that started the whole big cycle that results in the more well-known Aang and Korra. His name (and that there ever was an era before the Avatar) is not common knowledge due to 10,000 years having passed between when he got this going and the current era. If you've never heard of him (ICly), it's cause 99% of the world doesn't remember him. Including most of his reincarnations.

Becoming the Avatar was kind of an accident.

EDIT: I realized I should include a bit of a description for the canon blind. Aang is the Avatar before Korra (aka the kid who has a giant statue in the harbor), who's a free-spirited airbending kid who was originally frozen for a hundred years and woke up to find himself the last of his kind. He's energetic, caring, loves animals and mischief, and he's reluctantly been growing into his own role as the Avatar. He's coming from directly after the series finale, but he may end up working to hide his identity as the Avatar while in Republic City, at least for the time being.

Hi, my name is Nivi, and I play Lloyd Irving here from a video game called Tales of Symphonia. He's coming in as an OU grabbed by the Spirit World, with a canon point between games one and two. For those not familiar with him, he's a dorky idealist who traveled with his friends on a quest to save and reunite two worlds. Pretty sure he'll draw the wrong conclusions about the existence of a third world and the reasons he ended up in it, but then jumping to conclusions is a thing he tends to do.

I'm Moss and I'll be playing Maya Fey from the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney games! She's coming in as an AU Earth Kingdom girl who's on the run because she was framed for murder. (whoops) She's been keeping a somewhat low profile since then, and works at a local bakery. She's been spending some time on Air Temple Island as well, as she's one of the people who developed airbending.

For those of you who are canon blind, Maya is cheerful and energetic, and tends to get into all kinds of trouble without meaning to. She does what she wants and says what she wants, which probably isn't a very good combination. At least she has fun no matter what she's doing?

I haven't figured out Sokka's reaction to people just manifesting bending (some hands thrown up in the air are involved i'm sure) but it's an angle. Otherwise, I think he and Maya would get along!

Hey everyone, I'm Hsumi and I play this little shit Nezha, some kid who beat up a dragon and then got conscripted into Heaven's army by the storm god Susano'o and then got his cocky ass killed by Orochi but it's okay because Susano'o made a shiny new robot body for him and also he's BFFs with Sun Wukong from Journey to the West.

But for the sake of this AU, he accidentally killed the son of a landlord and his dad disowned him for it, so now he's running around Republic City like an idiot because he has no clue what he's doing. And he's not a robot. That bit's important.

Hi all, my name is Kaley and I'm your comic relief this evening.

Let me apologize for the fact that I play Sokka. For those of you who are new to the Avatar thing, Sokka is your voice. Sokka is your window into this world. Sokka is your palm slapping your forehead because lemurs don't fly and being the Avatar is not a valid excuse and why do you hurt me in this way TOPH.

Sokka is what you would do if you suddenly went on an adventure with people who could summon air, water, earth, and fire and they had absolutely no idea how to follow a schedule even if you are right there telling them about it.

He's also kinda insecure in his masculinity, but we're working on it. He likes poetry, art, and not having people make fun of how bad he is at them. He has lots of great ideas but he tends to be a little too enthusiastic carrying them out. Nobody schedules an invasion like this fellow right here.

But the two most important things about him are BOOMERANG! and SPACE SWORD!

I'm happy to be here and happy to joke around with you, and basically if I'm not making you laugh, I'm not doing it right, so let me know if he needs a little more refreshing. I am a little out of practice!

Hi, all! I'm Candace, bringing to you Lord Zuko. I'm so hyped to see so many ATLA/LoK characters in one place, and so many interesting AU ideas. *^* Can't wait to play with you all!

For the canonblind, quick rundown of things your character is very likely to know about Lord Zuko: he was a banished prince who helped Avatar Aang end the Hundred Year War, deposing his father and bringing peace to the Fire Nation and the rest of the world. Zuko's reign as Fire Lord lasted nearly seven decades, until a few years ago he retired from the throne, and now his daughter who looks like she's gonna be a cutie omg is Fire Lord in his place.

He's also co-founder of Republic City, and is commemorated with a statue in front of the central station. Your character might also know of his grandson, Iroh, who's a general in the United Forces and played a large role in the battle against the Equalists. also a cutie. how dare they

Hello to you all! I'm Koree and I'll be playing your resident Team Mom, Katara. She'll also answer to "Sweetness", "Madam Fussy Britches", and "Sugar Queen" if your name is Toph.

If it isn't, you better run fast after calling her any of those.

For those who are canon blind Katara is just what it says on the tin: Team Mom. She's the one that likes to worry over everyone's problems and rather than going straight from Point A to Point B she will detour and pit stop and bathroom break at Point a1-23, and then b1-3 afterwards too if those points need rescuing, healing, motivational speeches about hope, or liberation from pollution warehouses screwing up their ecosystem and livelihood. She's also gotten pretty good at wearing convincing disguises.

Other than that as you can probably imagine she's a very compassionate and caring person and she DOES have a temper when pushed or insulted and is not afraid to resort to sarcasmbending if you really tick her off. Be careful because she's almost as much of a master at that as she is waterbending.

Protip don't set her boyfriend or brother on fire.

I'm so looking forward to throwing her in headfirst here and introducing her to her future and all of your characters!

Hello! Zuko here!

Er... My name is Darkfeather actually but I will be playing Zuko from Avatar: The Last Airbender as well as Yuri Lowell wolfstrike from Tales of Vesperia!

For those of you who are canon blind, Zuko is the younger version of Lord Zuko who introed above me. So his history is mostly the same. A banished prince whose face was scarred by his father and tried to capture the Avatar only to join him in the end and become Fire Lord. He has a statue in Republic City that looks just like him but from his perspective he hasn't helped found the city yet. He is 18 and still very much an awkward teenager. His canon point is just after The Search.

Yuri is being AUed and grew up a poor orphan in the Lower Ring of Ba Sing Se during the Earth Queen's rule. He is an expert swordsman and a bit of a vigilante as he cant stand to see people suffering around him and has to do something about it. He followed many of the people he knew to Republic City due to the riots and chaos that followed the Earth Queen's demise.

Hello, hello! My name is Luna and I'm bringing in this jerk here - 'George Ace' (real name classified) from the 2012 summer feel good anime hit Tsuritama.
I'm pulling him in as an OU but he's likely to treat this as an undercover mission and try to not let that show too much.

Basically, he's an insufferably arrogant boss of an anti-alien organization that is obsessed with ducks. Yeah. He's the kind of married-to-the-job man who thinks the organization is all and has trouble seeing himself (and others) as individuals rather than their job function.
He hates aliens at home and here he will likely enough hate spirits and try join a fight against them. Above all, he wants to go home though - for which he'd need the spirit's help. Fun times ahead.

Sadly, I am moving this weekend and the internet company is taking their sweet time getting back to us so I can get my new flat connected to the web.... which means, all my first threads may be going rather slow. I'm really really sorry, because I'd love to join the game opening excitement to the fullest. However, I will try and be fully available rather sooner than later and make up for the initial lack of activity.

Hi, I'm Amanda and I'll be playing Ty Lee from Avatar. For those unfamiliar with the series, Ty Lee is one of Ozai's Angels Azula's friends and chaser of The Avatar. She's super perky, believes in auras and was a member of the circus before joining Azula's "cause". While everyone else is bending the elements she's too busy backbending. Oh, and she also has the ability to chi-block using pressure points.

Ty Lee will be taken from the episode "The Beach". As for me, I can be found on plurk at battlepanties and I'm looking forward to Ty Lee being everyone's new best friend :D

Hi people I am Tipple and I'm playing Dipper Pines here from a show that somehow snuck its way on the Disney Channel called Gravity Falls.

For the uninitiated Gravity falls is a very funny and also occasionally surprisingly creepy show about two twins named Dipper and Mabel who visit their great uncle in Oregon, and fall into all kinds of weird supernatural mysteries after Dipper finds a mysterious journal in the woods. Even though it's a funny show, it is actually really freakin creepy at times. Like seriously creepy. They're pretty blase about all the times they've almost died but that's mostly because they're brave little troopers rather than naive about it.

My best friend is apping Mabel tomorrow hopefully, so if she gets approved we'll most likely be introing them together and plan to get them into all kinds of trouble so feel free to plot with us if you'd like to join the shenanigans.

For plans . . . probably should talk to anyone playing her family, because Toph tends to get pretty darn freaked out about the idea of having kids/family -- let alone ones who are older than she is. Everyone else? No problem. Herself? Nuh-uh.
