What are you going to do about the vines that just invaded your apartment? ♦ 6. Triads, Equalists... thugs in general. Welcome to the aftermath of losing a fight. Are you gonna go find a healer or are you gonna tough it out?
	♣ 7. You've got a job. What is it? How are you going to get customers? You better get some soon. More customers equals more money. ♣ 8. You're a bender, right? Then you better practice it. What's that? Oh, a non-bender? You can still find a partner to spar with, right? ♣ 9. It's late. Have a drink at the pub! Get to know one another. Let it all flow freely!

[Slade hands her a leather-bound journal. The pages appear to be blank.]

[ Beneficial? She looks skeptical, but given he's got some serious dirt on her, she doesn't really have any choice but to listen. She flips through the pages a little before looking back up to him, confused. ]

What kind of deal?

[Slade's voice becomes very serious. His words are crisp and clear, to make sure the girl understands what he expects of her.]

You will befriend and get to know every airbender you can in the temple. You will find out all you can about them, uncover their secrets, and write everything you learn in this journal. At sunset on the last day of each week, you will leave the journal on your window sill. I will return it to you before sunrise.

In return, I will put most of the bounty hunters that come for you onto a different scent, and I will refrain from sharing unfortunate information about you with the airbenders.
