Or maybe you're one of them! ♠ 12. It's a long line at whatever vendor you're at. Make small talk with nearby civilians or try and haggle the vendor down to a better price.

[ See, he's kind of a terrorist. So it doesn't matter whether or not you're actually with the enemy; if you get in his way, you must go down. ]

[And there it is. Yuri sees it coming and brings his sword down to either knock it out of the guy's hand or away just enough to duck out of reach.

But Yuri can't turn down a good fight, so he doesn't run. Instead he stands his ground and takes a stance.]

Come on!

[ He manages not to let go of it, but the parry leaves him in an awkward position - wide open, even if the other guy seems to be... standing still? Was he some kind of friggin duelist? This wasn't how things worked in the real world. ]

[ With his free hand, he throws a smoke grenade, covering them in a cloud of dust, and then drops an actual one pretty immediately, ducking and rolling behind a trashcan. ]

[ It will go off after a small beep. ]

[Maybe he's just playing with Katsura. Or maybe he's got something else in mind. You never know.

Yuri raises an arm to his face as the smoke grenade goes off, completely covering him in smoke. And then the blast happens.

But when the smoke clears, he's no where to be found. Then in the next moment there's the wail of a siren as the police suddenly pull up. The explosion having alerted them to Katsura's position.

[ A covert cop, then. Brilliant. ]

[ Still too bad he didn't end up a corpse. ]

[ A few more smoke grenades and some slippery icebending allows him to escape, but it's still an unnecessary hassle and he almost gets skewered by some pieces of metal coming alive. ]

[ He'll just have to keep that guy in mind. ]
